1. ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

Ruhani Sach Naam Satsang (Regd.) is a spiritual, religious and social welfare organization working for spiritual awareness, public welfare, devotion to Bhagwan Shiv and world peace.

The organization is promoting the “Vishav Shanti Hetu Sava Lakh Bhagwan Shiv Mandir Nirman Mahaabhiyan”, whose objective is to encourage the establishment of Shivlings and the construction of Bhagwan Shiv temples in wards and villages across India and abroad, subject to applicable laws and permissions.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Persons below 18 years of age may use the website or make a donation only through their parent or lawful guardian.

3. PURPOSE OF DONATIONS

Donations received through this website may be used for the lawful charitable, religious, spiritual and social objectives of Ruhani Sach Naam Satsang (Regd.), including:

a. Promotion of world peace and spiritual awareness.
b. Shivling establishment and Bhagwan Shiv temple construction initiatives.
c. Development and maintenance of temples, prayer places and satsang facilities.
d. Religious, spiritual and social welfare programmes.
e. Awareness campaigns, publications, website operations and administrative expenses connected with the lawful objectives of the organization.
f. Other activities approved by the organization in accordance with its governing documents and applicable laws.

The organization may allocate donations according to the priority and requirements of its approved programmes unless a donation has been formally accepted for a specific restricted purpose.

4. DONATION AMOUNT AND PRICING STRUCTURE

All donations are voluntary. Donors may select or enter the donation amount available through the donation form.

Any suggested donation amount displayed on the website is indicative only and does not represent the sale price of any product or service.

A donation does not create any commercial ownership, partnership, employment, agency or investment relationship between the donor and the organization.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

Online donations are presently accepted in Indian Rupees through payment methods made available by the authorized payment gateway, including eligible cards, net banking, UPI or other approved payment instruments.

Payments may be processed through CCAvenue and its associated banks, card networks and payment service providers.

The availability of a particular payment method may depend upon approval by the payment gateway, bank or payment network.

6. OFFICIAL PAYMENT CHANNELS

Donors must make payments only through:

a. The official payment gateway displayed on www.ruhanisachnaamsatsang.com;
b. The official bank account of Ruhani Sach Naam Satsang (Regd.); or
c. An official QR code or payment link issued in the name of Ruhani Sach Naam Satsang (Regd.).

The organization does not authorize donations into the personal bank account, wallet or QR code of any individual, office-bearer, volunteer or committee member.

The organization shall not be responsible for money transferred to any unauthorized personal account or unofficial payment channel.

7. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION AND RECEIPTS

A donation shall be treated as successfully received only after confirmation from the payment gateway or the organization’s bank.

An automated payment message, pending status or debit alert alone may not constitute final confirmation of receipt.

Donation receipts may be issued after successful payment verification and receipt of the required donor information.

The donor is responsible for providing the correct name, address, mobile number, email address, PAN and other information required for the receipt or statutory records.

8. TAX BENEFITS

Tax exemption or deduction, wherever available, shall be subject to:

a. Applicable Indian tax laws;
b. Validity and applicability of the organization’s approvals on the date of donation;
c. Eligibility of the donor;
d. Submission of PAN and other required information; and
e. Conditions prescribed by the concerned government authority.

The organization does not guarantee that every donation will qualify for a tax deduction. Donors should obtain independent tax advice where necessary.

9. FOREIGN CONTRIBUTIONS

The website shall not be used for accepting any foreign contribution, foreign currency donation or donation from a foreign source unless Ruhani Sach Naam Satsang (Regd.) has obtained all registrations, permissions, banking arrangements and payment gateway approvals required under applicable Indian law.

The organization may reject or refund a transaction where the source of funds is not legally acceptable.

10. NO SALE OR DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Unless expressly mentioned on a separate page, the website primarily facilitates voluntary donations, spiritual participation, membership enquiries and social welfare activities.

No physical product is sold, shipped or delivered in consideration of a donation.

Donation acknowledgements, receipts, certificates or digital communications do not constitute commercial goods sold against the donation.

11. DONOR RESPONSIBILITIES

The donor agrees:

a. To provide accurate and complete information;
b. To use a payment instrument legally owned or authorized for use by the donor;
c. Not to make payments using stolen, unauthorized or fraudulent financial information;
d. Not to use the website for money laundering, unlawful fund transfers or prohibited activities;
e. Not to impersonate any person or organization; and
f. Not to interfere with the security or operation of the website.

12. FAILED, PENDING OR DUPLICATE TRANSACTIONS

A transaction may fail or remain pending due to bank, network, payment gateway or technical issues.

Where the donor’s account has been debited but the organization has not received the payment, the donor should contact the issuing bank or payment provider and may also contact the organization with the Transaction ID and payment evidence.

Duplicate or technically incorrect transactions shall be handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

13. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Donations are generally final and non-refundable. However, eligible requests involving duplicate payments, unauthorized transactions, technical errors or an incorrect amount may be reviewed under the Refund and Cancellation Policy published on this website.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible.

14. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Before raising a chargeback or payment dispute with the bank, donors are requested to contact the organization and provide an opportunity to investigate the transaction.

Fraudulent, false or misleading chargeback claims may be contested by submitting transaction records, acknowledgements and other relevant evidence to the payment gateway or bank.

15. PRIVACY

Personal information is collected, processed and protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this website.

Payment card, UPI and banking credentials are processed by the payment gateway, bank or payment service provider. The organization does not intentionally store complete card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, banking passwords or one-time passwords.

16. WEBSITE CONTENT

The spiritual messages, photographs, graphics, logos, mission material, documents and other content displayed on the website belong to Ruhani Sach Naam Satsang (Regd.) or are used with appropriate permission.

Content may not be reproduced, modified, misrepresented or commercially exploited without written permission.

17. DISCLAIMER

Spiritual messages and information available on this website are intended for spiritual awareness and general information.

They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

The organization does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the website or payment services, as such services may depend upon third-party technology and networks.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, the organization shall not be responsible for losses arising from:

19. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

Payment, donation or website-related complaints should be sent with the donor’s name, mobile number, payment date, amount and Transaction ID.

Complaints will ordinarily be acknowledged within 3 working days and an effort will be made to resolve them within 15 working days, subject to receipt of complete information and cooperation from banks or payment providers.

20. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

The organization may revise these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in its activities, payment services, technology or applicable laws.

The revised Terms shall become effective when published on the website with an updated revision date.

21. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to any mandatory legal or statutory forum, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Amritsar, Punjab, India.
